The creases on the outter lips of my vagina are sore. I have abit of white discharge also. This happened last month for a week and then went away, any ideas of what it is?

Sounds like a slight infection or irritation but see the doc for a proper diagnosis. There is no way for anyone to know what is going on without examining you so see your doc.

Every month your normal vagional secretions change from scant/ clear/ thick/ white so some secretion is normal. It depends on if the area itches or not. It could be a yeast or bacterial infection. Yeast infections have more of a thick white discharge and bacterial thin possibly green and a fishy odor. Either way you should probably get it checked out by your OBGYN or the health department if you have been having unprotected sex.

See a Doctor and get it checked out, might be nothing, might something. Find out right away, so if it is something it can be treated rapidly.
It might be a simple yeast infection, sometimes yeast grows more than regular bacteria thats always down there.

Sometimes it happens when your stressed.
Sometimes it happens when you take antibiotic for a illness.
Is it itching?

Just go to a doctor and get it handled, instead of worrying

Well if it is happening a second time I'd go to the gyno. Or if you are not too annoyed by it and know it will go away just mention it at your next appointment. You do go on a regular basis don't you????

No way to know for certain without a Dr. exam. Make one ASAP........probably just a slight infection of some sort...but better to be safe than sorry.
