Does anybody know what Turkish cebap like ?** My girlfriend is Turkish, so she said that tomorrow she would have me eat it.I've looked up at google but really didn't understand what kind of meal it is.

It is kebab, or kebap, and consists of marinated chunks of lamb or beef, sometimes mixed with vegetables, that are grilled. Traditionally, these chunks are placed on skewers over the coals. Absolutely delicious!

It's a meal made from meat with a high amount of fat. Trust me, I ate it once in France I didn't like it. Good luck for tomorrow.!

a kebab is a sliced meat (beef, lamb, or chicken), with vegetables (could be lettuce, onions, and tomatoes)
to eat it, you can wrap it in a turkish bread and eat it like a hot dog or burgers

Turkish is mixture of three meets: lamb, beef & veal

Oh man those thing r so good. Great now i have cravings. it made of meat,veggies, spices all B-B-Qed on a stick.
