I have Sinusitis sometimes, and I am on anti-biotics.

I heard that in rare cases, acute Sinusitis can cause brain infection. :( I'm scared..

How likely is it that a 13 year old with Sinusitis for this to occur?

And if it does happen, does it only happen when it's left untreated [ without anti-biotics ]

Please answer.. i'm upset and terrified!

Do not be terrified. I have on occasion gotten acute sinusitis and while I had heard of such a thing it is unlikely in your case.
Look up webmd.com under sinusitis and you will better understand shy.
Basically you have to have an autoimmune disease to star with and CHRONIC sinusitis, not acute sinusitis.
You are A-0K

If the antibiotics are not eliminating the problem, may want to check and see if it may be something else..Sinusitis is often mistakenly diagnosed when in actuality it is a neurological problem. There are nerve openings in the skull near the sinus area and will often give symptoms confused with sinus problem. You will find those openings in the eyebrow as well as the inner aspect of the cheek bone.. If those openings are tender, you have an inflammatory process of the nerve.. probably several more also.. these are cranial nerves and most doctors don't consider that problem as they have little training in neurology. You may also notice considerable tenderness at the base of the skull on one side primarily.

If you have sinusitis fairly frequently - you have chronic sinusitis, not acute.

I've had chronic sinusitis for 30+ years but never any sort of brain infection (assume you mean something like encephalitis?). I've also worked in the medical field for over 17 years and have never heard of this happening.

Stop worrying, take your antibiotics, and you'll be fine.

That's something you'd need to talk to your doctor about. If you can't, go to www.webmd.com. They usually have pretty sound medical advice, as well as all the info you would want.
