Blood what? Blood volume, blood sugar, blood pressure? If your blood volume is low, you need more iron and to seek medical advice as you may have internal bleeding, commonly in the gastrointestinal tract. If your blood sugar is low, you may have hypoglycemia and need to eat more often (but less food). This is a common condition, possibly due to increased insulin release or high levels of insulin receptor on various cells in your body. If you have low blood pressure, that may be a direct result of low blood volume or cardiac problems. Seek medical attention. Heart failure may lead to low blood pressure.
