According to the web search I did, it has alot of oil soluble antioxidants, especially Vitamin E. It does go on to talk about different olive oils have varying amounts, with the first press extra virgin olive oil having the most, while the amount of sunlight and air that gets to the oil will decrease the antioxidants.

I'm pretty sure it does. Anything in it's 'class' that can be used in frying foods, I'm sure contains a hefty amount of antioxidants.

Who cares? The main thing is it tastes great, it's the only thing I use on salads, or in italian cooking.
