I have been diagnosed with high blood pressure. I am not allowed to eat junk foods still i eat them but i take one tablet of lexotanil afterwards. Next day my BP is normal again. Doctors dont recommend me pills but my BP comes back to normal when I dont eat junk foods. What I want to know is that how much cycling should I do daily to maintain a healthy heart and controlled blood pressure? And is there any natural dish or recipe out there which can bring blood pressure back to normal?

You can take garlic capsules to help keep your blood pressure in check.

I don't know anything at all about the cycling bit, though. Sorry!

Don't eat salty stuff. Salt is the problem in your junk food.
