i have little lumps on my scrotum and they itch loads,
i have had no sexual contact except kissing (on the lips)

It could be a fungal infection (jock itch) and there are multiple treatmens over the counter. It could be ingrown hairs. A good cheap treatment would be to soak in a very warm bath tub with some Epsom Salts mixed in the water (about a cup of it). . . .you can buy this at Dollar General or any drug store and soak for aobut twenty minutes a couple of times each day and MAKE SURE YOU GET YOURSELF VERY DRY (moist dark areas are good breeding ground for bacteria and fungi. If it does not help in a few days then you really need to see a doctor.

Tinea cruris (jock itch) is a dermatophyte infection of the groin.
Apply topical over-the-counter antifungal or drying powders, such as those that contain miconazole, clotrimazole, or tolnaftate.
