UGH! I was going to say Baklava-- and I'm a real Greek!
Well, feta cheese, and greek-style potatoes come to mind also.
But really, baklava is one of my family's favorite Greek dishes.

Well, I made pastitisio on Sunday with a Greek salad. I very often make moussaka, either with potato or eggplant, too. Sometimes I make Halvah, though I'm no longer making desserts after the holidays! I seldom make spanikopita though. Too hard to work with phyllo dough! Even though I love spanikopita.

Oh yum... Many things come to mind...
Pastitio, Kourambiedes, kolouriakia, Avoglemono, Galatobouriko, Spanakopita and Tiropitaki, Moussaka, Roast Lamb, calamari, tzaziki, OUZO, mythos, and metaxa, loukoumathes (oh heaven...), gyros (of course), and last but certainly not least, souvlaki... I'm off to yiayias, this list made me hungry!

well being Greek i would say,
a hot summer day next to the beautiful beach sipping ouzo, eating grilled octopus with greek salad and just relaxing watching all the wonderful sites around.
