For starters, the chances of an STD working it's way down your leg is slim. 2nd of all, STDs usually take months to show symptoms, not hours.
I believe it's more than likely a heat rash. Or as you called it, friction rash. I wouldn't fret.

On what basis does she think she's clean? You don't just test for STD's, it's a separate test for each STD so chances are that she only got an AIDS test at the clinic. There are over 70 known STD's, did she get 70 tests? AIDS and Herpes are easy to test for (both are blood tests) but other STD tests can be rather unpleasant, often involving a Q-tip stuffed into your urethra. If we just look at Herpes, the symptoms when you contract Herpes is just flu like symptoms, the outbreaks happen later and some people never get the outbreaks. Most people with Herpes don't know that they have it. They say that a third of the general population have Herpes and they say that the chances of contracting Herpes by unprotected sex with an infected individual is 75%. That means that the chances of you having contracted Herpes by having unprotected sex just one time with one person at random is 25%, with 5 people at random, it's 76%, with 10 people, it's 94%. Keep in mind that you're not actually having sex with someone at random but rather with someone who's more likely to have had multiple partners in the past than the general population. Having Herpes isn't the end of the world as it's mostly a nuisance disease though it does increase the chance of contracting HIV. Get tested, and if you have Herpes, Take Valtrex daily if you are active with different partners. If you are monogamous, discuss the option of only taking Valtrex during outbreaks with your partner. If you are abstaining from sex, just take it during outbreaks if you have any.

Personally, I'm no doctor but it sounds more like a rash than an STD. My advice to you would be to have it checked by a doctor. You could apply a cortisone lotion to it for the discomfort. No more unprotected sex, right?

given that ts on your leg and not your genitalia, it may be an allergy to sperm
I cant tell you enough- if you dont know much about STD for the sake of your health do a little research- it ll go a long way.
STD's are fairly common, know signs and symptoms. I know about STD and its the reason why I refuse to have casual sex- its much too risky
