Im worried as when i gave him oral sex in my mouth he ejaculated and i swallowed it. I dont no if this is signs of having a STD but if it is , will i have it ?

How long have the red dots been present? They may be birth marks, as they can occur anywhere on the body including the penis. If they just showed up, my next question would be since oral sex was involved, do you wear braces, are they teeth marks? Sounds ridiculous but it can happen. Depending on the frequency of oral sex they could spots of irriatation from friction and the like. Only certain STDS can be transmitted in this way, but if you are really worried about it, go to an MD and get tested................

if he has an STD red bums are most likely herpes or warts
herpes only effects certain kinds of tissues if you get herpes in the mouth your part of the four out of 5 people who have oral herpes. (there the sores in the inside of your mouth that hurt)
if he had HIV you can still contract it by swallowing semen.
Dont risk these kinds of things- be upfront- its your life. if you dont feel comfortable doing those things so no.
if he complains kick him out!

im going through the same problem, my bf came inside my mouth last night and i need to get tested as i have a sore throat. But at least u both get the all clear we can swallow the *** and not worry lol
