Taking zinc and vitamin C can help. Drinking lots of fluids help to make up for all that you're losing from blowing your nose. Warm beverages and soup are also soothing to an irritated throat. Get lots of rest, too.

There's also a product called Airborne. It was invented by a second grade teacher. It's vitamin C, zinc, and some homeopathic medicines. Taking it before you're in a crowded place (where there is more chance of catching a virus) or at the first sign of a cold helps to lessen the duration for a lot of people.

Zicam is another homepathic treatment. Both that and Airborne can be found in the cold meds section.

My entire family uses Zicam I don't consider it medicine as it does not really have a taste. It is sprayed in the mouth a few times each day but it works as the symptoms of the cold disappear after a day or two.

Other than that you can use herbal remedies but these take longer to alleviate symptoms, remember to feed a fever and starve a cold grandma's saying in other words drink lots of liquids.

Your not...ever. It is possible in very rare cases for a girl's hymn, or a cruder term would be cherry, to partially heal whether it was completely ruptured or not . As far as the virgin thing goes, once it's done, it's done, there is no going back. And I don't care what the Born Again Christians say, it just isn't possible. You can't just pretend things can go away or be fixed because you want them to, life doesn't work that way.

Taking extra vitamin C and zinc can helo. Try adding humidity to the air. That can help with sore throats and congestion. Drink lots of cold water and eat chicken soup.

My head cold started 2 days before xmas (sat). and the worst day was last 3 days after xmas (thurs). What helped me was rest, tons of bottled water, and....are you ready?......egg drop soup for lunch and hot and sour soup for dinner. I made sure to eat very little solids. Remember, starve a cold, feed a fever!

Not technically a medication, but there is something called "Cold Relief" its natural, and shortens duration and decreases symptoms. Can get it at most drug stores, its a lozenge, works for me.
