Those will not be caused by acidity. Perhaps ask your doctor to review your meds;

Not at all Drowsiness is not caused due to acidity but due to low sugar

Low Blood Sugar Symptoms
Because epinephrine, one of the hormones that is activated by low blood sugar, comes from the central nervous system, the majority of early symptoms of low blood sugar are related to the nervous system.

Common symptoms of low blood sugar include the following:

Trembling

Clamminess

Palpitations

Anxiety

Sweating

Hunger

Because the brain is deprived of glucose, a second set of symptoms follows:

Difficulty in thinking

Confusion

Headache

Seizures

Coma

Ultimately, death

Low Blood Sugar Treatment

Self-Care at Home

A glucose monitor is available for people to check their own blood sugars in the comfort and privacy of their own home.
Usually this entails poking yourself in the finger to get a drop of blood.
The blood is transferred to a special strip of paper that is then placed into the glucose meter, or glucometer, which analyzes the blood. This gives a numeric reading that corresponds to the blood glucose.
If you find someone who has the symptoms of low blood sugar, look for clues that explain the symptoms.
If the person still has his or her insulin and a recently disposed needle, you can presume that a change in their level of consciousness may be due to low blood sugar (they have accidentally taken too much insulin).
If the person is awake enough to drink something, you can give them a cup of orange juice with sugar. If low blood sugar was the cause of their confusion, they will improve after a few minutes.

Ok, here's the deal: hand-shake blur is caused by your shutter speed being too low. The shutter is the gate that opens to let light into your camera. The longer the gate is open the more light you let in, but also more chance for blur. In order to prevent blur you have a few options: - Use a tripod. - Learn how to hold your camera steady. It's impossible to hold it completely still but you can improve. As one poster suggested you can use the viewfinder instead of the LCD screen because your head will stabilize the camera. You can also try bracing yourself against a wall when taking pictures. At the very least you can lock your elbows into your body in order to stabilize them. - Turn on image stabilization. Unfortunately, it sounds like your camera doesn't have this. - Up the ISO. Higher ISOs will make your camera more sensitive to light so that the shutter doesn't have to be open as long, and thus it reduces blur. The downside is that higher ISOs tend to make your pics look grainy. - Zoom out. Most point-and-shoot cameras can let more light in when they're zoomed out than when they're zoomed in. More light means faster shutter speed means less blur. - Get more light. This can come from turning on more room lights, shooting in areas where there's more natural light or using a flash. More light means less time the shutter is open means less blur. Through a combination of these suggestions you should be able to improve your problem.

This is not caused by acidity it is either your blood sugar is too low or too high, these symptoms can happen in either case. It sounds more like possibly high blood sugar if you don't have anymore symptoms, if it was from low blood sugar you would continue to have more symptoms with each passing hour that you didn't eat.
Check with your dr, get an A1C test done.
