yes I'm a vegetarian.. I'm the type that drink milk, eat cheese & eggs.. these 3 things taste
too good to give up. I don't eat them out of need. You don't need them to be a healthy vegetarian. I have some friends that are vegans
and are healthy. A few of them are trying to get me to stop drinking milk and to stop eating cheese or eggs! I just tell them animal welfare isn't why I'm a vegetarian. I just find the sight of blood difficult to withstand! Also I never really cared for the taste of meat! Also meat is ddead and dead is death. I don't want to eat death! Remember You are What You eat!

Yes I am, and we rock! I'm a vegan, the kind of vegetarian that won't eat anything coming from an animal. They're to be left alone and respected. There's so much plant based food out there, that we have no need to turn to animals. So much yummy stuff, like breads and sauteed veggies and beans and different kinds of rices and soy burgers and vegan cheeses and vegan soups. There's an abundance of plant based food for all. Yum!
Edit: Maple syrup and raw sugar can easily replace honey and white sugar. Try it, it's good!

You were expecting a bunch of saber-tooth tigers hanging around here, maybe?

I'm a vegan and I love it!! I get to have so much variety that I never would have if I had continued eating meat. I'm vegan for 3 reasons: animals, health, and the environment. And everytime I sit down to eat, I know I'm making a difference.

I've just turned vegan after being veggie for a year, so I don't eat milk, eggs or honey as well as avoiding meat and fish. I find it easy and no I don't live on lettuce leaves contrary to popular belief! I have a well balanced varied diet and I even eat icecream!

I absolutely respect vegetarians. I am thinking of turning vegetarian this 2007. So I hope I can keep up to my resolution. Difficult one, but I seem to have kept to it today. So I am keeping my fingers from wandering. :)
