No. The "cause" of AIDS is not blowjobs or sex. The cause of AIDS is HIV. And yes HIV can be spread if you are giving a *******. The last research that I read said that there are no documented cases where HIV was found in Saliva but the recommendation was to still protect yourself.

Now, let's concentrate on the core issue, the cause of AIDS, HIV virus. The possibility of getting infected is a question whether the virus reach your blood stream or not, There are so many grey area ; when mention about blow jobs or sex, that it's probably not possible to guarantee whether someone is going to get AIDS or not, Well, me and also most other will agree, Why take the risk? Can u be sure that the person who's giving or receiving the body fluid won't get to either of their blood stream. Is it possible to have a straight yes no answer to it?

It's one of those things where you never hear any real stories of it happening, but since circumstances like a cut in the mouth/penis etc could present a problem, it is better to be on the safe side.
ALWAYS be careful. A single encounter is never worth the risk of the death and devastation that HIV/AIDS causes.

There are no documented cases of getting HIV from getting a *******. NONE. However you can get other STD's from getting a *******.

If you're giving (girl) and the one that's receiving (guy) is infected-yes! You have no idea how many tiny little cuts and sores you have in your mouth. All you need in one open wound and contact with body fluid.
If guy is giving and girl is receiving, guy is more likely to bet it, but girl could to.
If you're into oral- check into Dental Dams- basically a condom for your mouth.

If you are the male "getting the BJ, no you won't catch HIV this way. If you are the one doing the BJ and the person ejaculates in your mouth, then it is very highly possible. Hope this helps.
