I believe going vegetarian is a great idea! Even though I love my meats, and they are spectacular to cook with, and yummy to eat, every time I have meat, I feel bad.
I am considering becoming a vegetarian in 2007.
One thing you might not want to forget about, and this is just a suggestion because I don't know if you are planning on becoming a vegetarian, you might consider buying protein infused vitamins, since meat has a large amount of protein, you will need to replace this substance.
I hope I helped, Happy New Year!

Not a chance. Remember you need to compansate for the lack of proteins meat brings to you. Why not balance instead? Cut down as much as ou can and see how you feel.
