My bf and I have anal sex and I was just wondering if there are any long term effects of having anal sex. Also has anyone ever gotten pregnant from sperm seeping from the anus to your vagina?( Can that even happen?)

Anal sex itself doesn't present any particular issues, short or long term. Though how it is practised is another issue since we are talking about an area that is not exactly clean, and this is the source for most potential health issues.
Use lots of lube, take your time, and clean up after wards (certainly make sure anything that has been inside during anal sex is cleaned off before inserted any other place). That alone should keep everything good and healthy.
As for pregnancy, yes, there have been documented cases of semen leaking out from the anus. I would imagine this would be very rare, but still possible. If it's a major concern, you may want to consider a thorough clean up immediately following the act, or use of a condom (which can also help keep things a little cleaner for this act).

I beg to differ from some of the other comments. Yes, there can be long term effects. I personally know two women who have ended up with problems from idulging a little too much with anal sex. One woman I know has been in for five different surgeries to correct an anal tear. And the other girl has to wear diapers and protective pads because her muscles stretched, and now she has no bowel control. A little here and there is fine. But this should not be a nightly or even a weekly routine. Think about it.

There are 100% no long terms effects from anal sex. Outside of getting an STD like another kind of sex..there are no lasting effects. Do not believe the myths.

There are some issues that can occur for it. If you tear you can end up getting infections. You are more likely to 'catch' something through anal sex. On the bright side it will help with hemorrhoids.
Just keep it clean, use lots of lube, and if it hurts you need to stop.
