Try chewing a piece of gum or something.Like kissing your better half when you get the urge to have a smoke I am sure they would love the extra kisses. You have come to far after 4 years to start that nasty habit up again.

Imagine in your mind, how pink and healthy your lungs are getting. I believe that it takes ten years to clear them totally. Think of how much more healthy your body feels since you stopped smoking. No more carbon monoxide and other chemicals hanging around just waiting to start a cancer at its first chance. Maybe you could try "smoking" holding a pencil and going through the actions. Maybe you could go for a walk and inhale that clean, fresh air. Maybe you can indulge in a hot fudge sundae, or call a friend to get you through the craving. Take care of yourself and don't do yourself an injustice. You've come this far! Your health is more important than a stupid cigarette.

don't do it! you've got a good thing going and if you light that cigarette your chances of starting the whole stinking cycle over are 1000 times greater than if you just leave it alone.
Remember how hard it was to quit before.
Nothing no matter how stressful is worth going through that again.

Don't have one!!!! you will feel so much better and proud of yourself for not having one if you don't ! You will be starting the year off on the right foot by staying commited to yourself and continuing not to smoke! That is so great that you have quit for so long, keep up all your good hard work and stay commited to being healthy!!! Happy New Year : )

Absolutely not! Nicotine only adds to stress. Stress raises blood pressure. You certainly do not want that. Try Yoga. Or, to be simple, buy an aquarium, a bunch of fish, and watch them swim around. Why do you think doctor's offices have aquariums? Stress buster! Also, one can buy a punching bag to take out their aggressions on it. Take Karate. The ultimate Stress Buster!

NO! Im almost 21 and Ive been smokin since I was 15. Its definately not as easy to quit as non-smokers make it seem. If you quit for 4 years, dont start again.
