scabies is not a virus. scabies are parasites similar to lice. they get on your skin where it is thin like around the insides of your fingers to start with then can go to your arms or legs or anywhere really. you can get topical type medicines for them, but the main thing is to keep your hands washed and be careful with your clothes. scabies will die on clothes after 48 hours, but if you put those clothes on before the 48 hours you have started their life cycle all over again.

Well first of all scabies is not a virus. It is a disease of the skin
that is characterized by tiny almost microscopic parasites that
embed just under the skin. These parasites multipy and cause
intense irritation and redness. The patient can spread or pass this parasite on to others by sexual habits, or even in changing clothes, or any means of personal hygiene-these little parasites
can flake off and infect others. Intense itching is probably the paramount sign of this parasitic infection. Treatment for this
parasite has to be a product that is insectacidal -killing off the
affending agent. The bedroom and bedsheets have Have to
be washed in hot sudsy water to eliminate those that have fallen
off body and still are capable of infecting the human again.

I'm wondering if you've gotten confused. Scabies are minute parracites that burrow under the skin and lay eggs there. Its intensely itchy and you are likely to scratch enough to draw blood in places. They can affect any part of you and are not an STD. They can be passed through normal contact.

Crabs can be classified as an STD, but again, they are parracites, not a virus. They live in hair. Crabs in pubic hair can be passed through sexual contact, but severe cases can spread to any area covered with hair - head, eyebrows beard. They itch (not as much as scabies), and can be seen as tiny crab like lice attatching to the base of hairs.

Herpies is a virus and an STD that can affect genitals and skin arround the mouth. Incidently, you would use cream for this. For crabs its a lotion and removal of affected hair. For scabies, the treatment is a bath aditive and you then completely submerse your self. Then you dust down with special powder.

Only skin scrapings viewed under a hospital microscope can confirm clearence of scabies. For herpies it would be swabs.

See your doctor and get the right treatment.

Scabies is not a virus, it is a parasite. The medicated lotion that you were prescribed should be applied to the entire surface area of the skin.

Scabies does not go above your neckline, you need to aply the cream ALL over your body and leave it for 24 hours without washing, you should notice improvement almost immediatly. Remember it needs to go all over your body, from the neck down. Hope this helps.

scabies is not a virus, it's mites. You can give it to everyone around you including your animal. I think you should go to the DR. Clean all your sheets furniture, clothes wash them and get lice spray.
