Potatoes. In the summer, I grill them and eat with ketchup. I can eat 3 potatoes worth myself and I am stuffed afterwards. But you need to make sure that you eat a wide variety of vegetarian foods.

I really love this drink made by Odwalla. It is called super protein, and it has like 18 grams of protein in it. It comes in green tea, chocolate, and vanilla flavors. It is made with soy and is extremley filling. I can barley drink the entire thing.

by itself? Like 1 ingredient? I don't cook things plain so I'm not sure how to answer that. I make make alot of pasta and rice dishes.

Im not a vegetarian but rice fills me up quickly. I like steamed white rice. also pasta.
