Sanda its a shame you had trouble here, The thing is with the British we are an island race and we aren't and never will be part of Europe{no matter how much we are told we are} so we don't really like too many foreigners coming here, as we are not really used to large migrations of people

In fact there are already large numbers of Romanians in Italy and Spain, which is where most new migrants are expected to go. This is partly because Romanian is a Latin language, so it is much easier for them to communicate in those countries.
Check

The Financial Times (not a left-wing paper!) reports that 250,000 Romanians are already working legally in Spain, similar to the number of Poles here.
They also say that IF the UK labour market was opened up, which it isn't, 50,000 Romanians might come to work in UK.
By the way, more than five million Brits live in other countries. It works both ways!

They won't be coming here either. Read your subject matter more .
It is part of the condition of entry that the Bulgarians and Romanians for the first year or so will not have anything like the same rights of freedom of movement employment wise as either the original EU countries or even the recently joined countries like Poland. The Polish are waiting for mainland Europe to open its doors e.g. France and Germany, then they will be leaving the UK - off like a shot!

They do go. You should check EU immigration figures. It is not good to read the news in isolation. The papers want to make each country look the best for their citizens. This is brainwashing for a feel good factor. A lot of the immigrants do go back as well because they have a better life over there. That also, you are not told. Sanda is spot on. Most dont know what they are in for but brave it out to the bitter end.

as a results of fact Obama is for taxing US electorate the equivalent of .7% of the Gross nationwide Product and that funds is to be dished out via a worldwide governance while McCain is a spendthrift. McCain would not like us to spend funds except it somewhat is deemed ideal. (maximum of McCain battles with expenses have been over the addition of "beef" -- unrelated expenses extra to the bill basically to get the money spent on different Senators' puppy projects.)

The same reasons the muslims are here.
Were the laughing stock of europe, france and germany make the rules and we follow the rules.
Were ruled by clueless britain hating liberal lefties blair and brown who dont have to tolerate the looming disaster themselves.
Its not just about standard of living, its about preferrential treatment for immigrants not given in other countries of europe.
There are none so blind as those who will not see.

Probably because they know that British people don't want to do certain jobs. Healthcare assistants, cleaners etc. I work in a hospital and I'd say 3/4 of my colleagues are foreign; Polish, bulgarian, african, phillipino etc.
Do you want to know why? Because British people are snobs. My employer has put ad's in the local press time and time again yet only a handful or locals apply. British people squirm at the thought of cleaning up someone elses excrement/blood/vomit etc; the thought of helping someone who is constantly violent towards others appears not to be in most British people's job 'ideology'. My employer ended up recruiting abroad and he got hundreds of people applying. These people leave their families to work here because they don't mind doing the awful jobs. And do you want to know what? These people are becoming the backbone of this country. They are kind and hardworking. They don't mind working the 12 night shifts. So before people go moaning about immigration I suggest they look a little deeper at the subject.

Free housing, free health care and benefits and a police force that is powerless to do anything when they break the law because if they do their called racist and if they do get them to court the judge cannot deport them because of their human rights. As for jobs a large well known supermarket where i live took on 20 workers over the christmas period and they where all foreign,no locals.Locals had applied but not one got a job.I tried to get a mate in to my work but they just seem to employ immigrants.
There was 24 of us now there is only 9 the rest are immigrants. The blame lies with the government and the employers are taking advantage.
It is the ordinary working people who are losing their jobs.
The MP's and MEP's won't lose their jobs but if they do they've
very nice pensions.Just like our government the immigrants are on the pig's back and people like me who were born, served and worked for their country are paying for it.

Its where the work is mate. This country has alot of vacancies in the service industry. I dont really fancy cleaning a toilet or working in a warehouse for a living, and neither do alot of other Brits. But these people are willing to work hard to make some dough. That bloke who answered first talking about migrant beggars is an ill informed buffoon.

I assume you get your information from the great British rags like the Sun and Daily Mail. The fact is a small number of the better educated will arrive in the UK but we always conviently forget to mention that a much higher number of UK citizens are buying property in Bulgaria and Romania. My advice is look behind the headlines and question banner headlines.
