I would suggest a cleansing diet. I did this and lost 12 pounds and 19 inches in 9 days. I continued and lost 29 pounds in a month. I like the program since it works by giving your body nutrition through protein shakes with digestive enzymes and vitamins and then cleansing out the toxins. We get toxins in our bodies from pesticides, preservatives, water, pollution, medications, food additives etc…. These toxins enter our bodies and get stored in our fat cells. To shrink the fat, we need to get rid of the toxins through cleansing. The program also has a natural diet pill to help your metabolism and curb cravings. It works and it works fast. My skin has improved from the cleansing. You can get more info at this toll free number 1-877-587-4647. It is pricey but worth it! I think cleansing is really important to health and weight loss. Give it a try and good luck! http://diet4cleansing.com

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.

The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.

Get started today!

Set a more realistic and healthy goal.
Losing 50 pounds is a great resolution, but give yourself more time.
50 pounds is a lot to lose in 3 months and if you do succeed, odds are you will re-gain that weight quickly and more.

Settle for losing 15 pounds by March.
5 pounds per month is a healthier weight loss and will increase your chances of keeping it off.
You will notice a dramatic change your look by losing even 10 pounds, so don't rush it.

Cut back on portion sizes during mealtime and cut back on desserts.
Allow yourself snacks in between meals, such as a piece of fruit, or lo-fat yogurt, or a slice of whole wheat bread with peanut butter.
If you eat fast-foods, stick with 2 tacos, or a Whopper Jr. or Quarter Pounder, but skip the French Fries and Fried chicken.
Switch to lo-cal soft drinks, lo-fat margerine, and eat only whole wheat breads, pastas, and dark rice.
Drink skim milk and real juices.

Drink a lot of water and exercise...even dancing to a favorite song for 3 minutes everyday can make a difference if you don't exercise now.

Set a more realistic goal for weight loss.
By trying to lose 50 pounds in such a short time-frame, you are setting yourself up for failure.
Take it slow.
You will see a dramatic change by March if you only lose 10-15 pounds and you will feel better and be motivated to keep choosing healthier portion sizes and foods than if you starved yourself.

Good luck!

I know you can do it!

(my goal is to lose 30 pounds by next Christmas!)

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

Lots of Salads, lowfat dressing, put a protein in there (fish, chicken, etc), 6 glasses of water daily. I used to make chocolate cream pie out of diet pudding and cool whip and put into a reduced fat graham cracker crust. Make sure you take a good multivitamin daily. Green tea helps too. Also - walk 30 minutes a day - NO MATTER WHAT. Good luck!!! And don't worry if you don't reach the 50 lb. goal. Remember, it's all about the journey:)

Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

The Mediterranean diet is much more tasty than just salads, which you will tire of in 3 days. You do eat more fish and seafood, and you can cook stir fry with olive oil for variety. . . very healthy and yummy. Reasonable breakfast, big lunch and then what I do is not eat dinner, just a few glasses of red or white wine, olives, sardines or tuna in olive oil. I also limit to whole wheat any bread or pasta...and you've already got the exercize figured out, so you're on your way!!

Eat small portions and eat them often. Don't try to change all at once. Change your diet and exercise regime one thing at a time. Slow and steady will take off the weight and keep it off. Good luck.

Alright, I cant say its healthy but you can do it. Drink lots of water, dont strave yourself, instead just do enough exercise. Cutting out chocolate and fast foods is a must. Also try not to drink pop soda or alcohol. Do some jump rope to burn fat fast. =D
