You can use any conditioner for greasy hair, apart from pantene, this product leaves your hair lovely when youve first washed it but it leaved a residue that clings to hair making it go greasy quicker so you wash your hair more, therefore using more of their product. Also are you prone to playing with your hair? rubbing your scalp etc will encourage your natural oils to flow more making it greasy. Static is also caused by playing with hair, if you use a taming serum use it very sparingly-it will tame the frizz but will cause greasiness. Dont use coconut shampoo as it contains oils, its very good for dry hair but not greasy. I hope this helps you. Happy 2007

use a leave in conditioner instead of one that washes out that will stop the static. but if you dont want your hair to go greasy quickly the best thing to do is not use conditioner at all. x

The best thing for greasy hair really is to get out of the habit of washing too much. Its the only long term solution to your problem. I find for me conditioner is a big cause of the greasiness. Try replacing your normal conditioner with a liquid spray-in that you can use before drying. Boots do a nice coconut and almond oil one.To get rid of static use an ionic hairdryer and blow dry straight from washing.

One of the best conditioner's i found was the Blonde Range conds and also the coconut shampoo and conditioners are fab! I know it sounds awful too but try leaving your hair for as long as you can take it, like a week or so, do this for about a month and your hair will become less greasy, i got into habit of showering and hair wash every morning, long periods between washes so it can gather up all the natural oils is very good for hair!! Good luck xXx

Try a lightweight conditioner for oily hair. There are several brands to choose from. If your hair is really oily, you can just skip the conditioner altogether and just spritz on a little detangler after a shampoo. The best shampoo to use for oily hair is one for deep cleansing. A clarifying shampoo that gets rid of buildup. Prell is good, but there are several brands on the market to choose from.

Hi i would use john frieda colour conditioner. I have highlihted blonde hair and i use the john frieda sheer blonde moisture infusing conditioner. It is really good, i also suffer from greasy hair but this actually prolongs it, so whether your blonde brunette or redhead there is one for each, i recommend this.

Aslso rinsing with apple cider vinegar (mixed 1/2 & 1/2 in water)is supposed to be good, simply shampoo and rinse first then pour on the vinegar - let it sit about a minute and then rinse out the vinegar and then shampoo again and rinse very well so there is no odor of vinegar.
