A Miracle......Shoo I am going throught the same thing right now, my youngest is 3 and I am still working on trying to get rid of the "belly". As far as losing weight the weight watchers program was great and you still can eat food you love but you just have to learn how to portion your food. For the last 2 weeks I have been doing ab crunches and things like that on the floor, and sometimes I work out to Denise Austin on tv. Although I am not losing any inches , I can tell a little bit that my tummy is getting a little tone but not much. Oh and be careful of the diet pills they are dangerous

Watch what you eat. It's all about portion control. Get into a regular exercise rountine to lose the inches. Sometimes it takes a year for your body to bounce back (it's also determine how old you are). I'm a mother of two and I still have a "pouch". I'm thin, athlectic and work out and sometimes the reality is that the "pouch" may never go away. It's part of being a mother. But you can lose the baby weight!

There aren't any creams that I know of that actually work. Exercise and diet is probably the best way to go. I assume you're not breastfeeding? That's the easiest, fastest way to loose the baby weight. It keeps your metabolism up after you have the baby, so you burn calories faster than you normally would. That, plus watching what you eat, and excerise and the weight would just melt off.

Good luck and happy new year!
