Actually, for acne its better to get rid of ALL FRIED FOODS in your diet!
If your the type that has oily skin, and the acne appears, then take a soft bristled brush, (like a brush for combing a babys hair), and scrub your face with that and regular soap.
This will keep the pores unblocked and thus, you wont have the acne.
You may have to do it in the morning before school, after school and before going to bed...but, its worth it to keep your skin clear, isnt it?
I wish you well..

In the past, parents used to preach that certain foods (especially chocolate or greasy foods) caused pimples. These beliefs have proven incorrect.
Pimples are caused when normal oil glands of the skin become clogged. This results in the red, under-the-skin bumps seen on many teenage to mid adult persons. These bumps can become infected, leading to what is often referred to as "white heads." Picking at, squeezing, puncturing inflamed pimples or white heads can lead to increased infection, and leave scaring on the skin (poc marks).
We now know a variety of factors increase the likelihood of getting pimples, like hormones. Women may have their first breakouts in midlife, even if they had no pimples as a teenager.
Doctors recommend daily skin care. This is probably the best defense and treatment of acne. Wash the face (or other areas prone to pimples) with a mild soap and rinse well with water. Again do not poke, pinch, or squeeze pimples, even those close to bursting. Remember to not touch, rub, or poke at your skin, since you will be transferring dirt and oils from your hands to your face or other skin area. If you already have active or open pimples, touching will only aggravate the situation. You can use a hot washcloth (not hot enough to burn!) as a compress over the area.
Also remove makeup before going to bed. You'll only aggravate your pores by leaving makeup on.
Some women swear by home remedies. Some include: Wetting a tea bag with warm water and placing the bag on the area. This helps tighten pores supposedly. For active breakouts, some have put a dab of toothpaste on the pimple (obviously only when you won't be seen!) at nighttime. Others use lemon in water. You might want to do a skin-test before using anything on your skin, to make sure you are not allergic. A skin-test means putting a small amount on ONE place and waiting 12-24 hours to make sure the skin does not react with redness, itchiness, or other allergic reactions.
Remember to wash after using any home remedy or other skin product. Be sure to ask your parent, a pharmacist, or doctor before using home remedies or store-bought skin products.
If your breakouts are severe, cover many areas of your face (or face, back, neck), a visit to the dermatologist may be needed. There are many medicines now that were not available to our mom's and grandma's generations.
Males can be plagued just as much with pimples. Luckily, the same prevention and treatments help both sexes.

Pimples occur when the sebaceous glands which lie just beneath the skin and produce the natural oils that keep the skin lubricated, become clogged or are not regenerated in sufficient quantity to handle the load. Pimples are then formed when the bacteria is released from these clogged pores.
For serious blemishes try washing with Fels-Naptha soap. strong stuff for oily skin but only for super oily skin.
It helps to work on the problem from the inside out. avoid chocolate , chips, and fried foods. Eating brown rice is good advice for improving overall health. and good for the complexion. To keep pimples from happening make brown rice a regular part of your meals. . Drink lots of water. Zinc deficiency sometimes contributes to acne too. Check with you doc first to see if you are lacking zinc since to much may have harmful side effects
Clean your face with lemon juice or vinegar. cucumbers help dry out acne. Also the most important thing to do of all . Change your pillow case at least every other day if you have really oily skin or have problems with acne. Think about it 8 hours of rubbing your face on a dirty pillow case. Dead skin and other residue that may contain bacteria is sitting there in your pillow case and you repeatedly lay your face in it every day until it is changed
