You would think so but it is like dating at any other age. You got your jerks, phonies and out and out creeps, there are liars and cheats of every age and then there are a few good ones still out there. The problem is ya gotta kiss a lotta frogs before ya find a prince.

I think it depends on whether its the early, mid or late 30's. Most people in the late thirtysomething age range are usually more realistic about the dating scene and more intune to their wants and needs. The games are often absent because a serious relationship maybe sought by someone in their late thirties who may be ready to settle down. It can be more difficult to meet a single person since many people are married in the late thirties. In the early thirties people tend to tire of the dating scene and the games and begin to ditch the conventional places to meet someone (e.g. clubs) But overall it is definitely more realistic because people are usually more in touch with their true desires and self when they get in their thirties.

It can be all of those things...sometimes more difficult to get back out there and date all over again, but also more realistic and more sincere since we are a bit older and tired of all the games. I found my soul mate in my 30's after a bad divorce and am happily married now. I found dating in my 30's to be more fulfilling than when I was younger and I think it's because people are a bit more realistic in what they are looking for by then and done with the games.

I'm 30 something- I dated more in my 20's. Dating seems more personal to me now that I'm 30+. It's just as easy to find dates today as it was 15 yrs ago, but since you are getting older it seems to mean more. I go out with the same gals instead of looking for others to date. Slowing down, I guess?

Much better, more sincere, more realistic... yes, to all. And no more games like in high school. You'll do just fine.

It is dating, you have those who are sincere looking for love, those who are chronic daters having too much fun. So, really it never changes. You must follow your instincts and have fun.
