Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

At this moment and time motivation to lose weight is something i am not worried about. Too much to eat and too little time. The only motivation i need is when my clothes fit to tight. You know something, when i look at myself i don't think i am overweight or fat or whatever, but the minute i see a photo of myself i want to be sick. Still i am happy with myself and those who want to complain can just get lost, rather have some curves [all over] than be a walking skeleton.:)))

I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.

It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.

A sight with some really cool diet calculators and interesting calorie counting calculators is here. Check it out.

Stay motivated, and get up and walk every day. I seriously lost all my weight starting off my day on my walk.

Good LUCK!

Just think that if you are over weight then your life will be cut short. They are saying that children of 10 that are overweight will probably die before their parents. That assumes that they are not over weight as well. If you contract diabetes then your life will change for ever. Insurances for car, holidays, life etc will increase in price. You will then be forced to watch your weight or you will die young. Heart problems will have all of these effects as will liver, kidney and circulatory.
If that isn't enough motivation then you are in real trouble.
Happy New Year.

cold weather doesn't encourage you to eat salads or light foods. Short days don't really give you the willpower to leave the sofa and do any exercise, it gets dark too quickly. Realistically you should try and change only one thing in your diet during the winter, say no biscuits, or no chocolate (difficult, ignore that one!) - but just one thing that you eat regularly. You will notice a difference by March and then, as the days get lighter your metabolism and appetite will change and salads and lighter foods will become more appetising. Good luck

The best motivation to lose weight is to take a pic of yourself in your underwear or a bikini and put it somewhere you can see it everyday. Then retake a pic after every ten lbs you lose....soon you will want to see the pic and you will also have a record of your achievement.

Well I am motivated. Through out the day I watch my calories, but after I sleep I get up in sleep and eat every thing I thought I should not eat. Result is the same. I am not slim

This is the million dollar question. Everyone has their own personal motivation. For me, I just want to wear my skinny jeans without looking like a cow in them. It's not really working for me right now though, because I'm eating cookies while I'm writing this!!! Good luck to you.

Probably because most Americans are out of shape and we don't pay enough attention to our health any longer. Think about the benefits in the future as far as health is concerned. Also ask yourself if you're happy with what you see in the mirror. Good luck!
