Both of us are single. He calls me and talks to me frequently. But recently he wans to find a galfren, and he says he hopes to find someone as 'caring n kind' as me. Yet he tells me about the pretty gals he see and hangs out with. Does he like me or not? ~confused

Apparently, he ONLY likes you for a friend not girlfriend. So stop expecting more unless you are willing to risk your friendship by telling him how you feel abt him. In the meantime, when he inquires abt your female friends and acquaintances just tell him that you're not going to play the dating/match game any more. Show him that you care a lot for him but not enough to give up your self respect and goals. It sounds like he hasnt settled his mind and still wants to have some "free" fun with no strings attached. So just go on being friends and go on abt your life and date others, one day his eyes will come open and see the rose he was loooking for was right there all the time.

This only matters if you like him. He sees you as a friend, one of the guys. He may or may not realize you too are a girl, not that he can't tell you are female but he might consider you like a sister or cousin and not dating material.
In him you have a very good male friend. Unless this signals a return of feelings you have for him leave it alone. If you want him, let him know that you are not one of the boys, not his sister and are interested in him romantically. If you are not interested romantically, keep being good friends. It is not often that men and women have friendships that are not or do not become about sex. Its a good thing.

I think if i understand you correctly I have a similar situation right now, ive got a good amount of feelings for one of my best friends, but I know that if i tried to date her right now, things would not work out. To me, her friend ship is way more important than the 2 months we would spend together, so I wont let myself go after her because I know in the long run its going to prevent us from getting hurt. I think if you really like him you should tell him, its possible he just doesnt think you want to be with him...or maybe your just out of luck and he thinks of you as a sister figure like I have with other girls..in which case im sorry :o/

I think he wants your help to find a girlfriend because he doesn't think of you in the way that you think about him. Suggest that you hang out together. Try to convince him that he doesn't need a girlfriend right now and that you should all hang out together. Or fix him up with some really horrible girls then he'll see you as the best option.

Well in my opinion, he thinks of you as a friend. If you really like him and you think that you and him would make a good couple, then you should ask him what his feelings are about you. MAybe he likes you but thinks he can never have you.. thats why he's looking for someone who can show him the love you never did and still think its you..

He just wants you for a "galfren", and "wans" you just for a "fren" that's all "n" cause he thinks your stupid, pretty, but stupid. You don't impress anyone by the way you write/spell.

I think, not that he doesn't like you, but not that knd of like, you know... love... he likes you as a friend. But he doesn't have that kind of feeling towards you.
You should really talk to him, tell him that you like him, and maybe try going out first. If he really thiks that you aren't the one for him, then, you should not do anything more.

Sounds like he does like you. Obviously friendship has been there between you two. Maybe he is pondering risking the friendship for more. Be patient, and it will all fall in place.

He likes you, but apparently not in the 'girlfriend' sort of way. Explain to him how YOU feel about him. Perhaps he will change his tune.
