there are several ways to get a greencard/permanent reseidency, but they may not be easy and you need to qualify for them.
-through family - parents, siblings, spouse
-through investment - compouny you start, money you invest
-through emploment - job you get in the US
-through the diversity lottery
-you can apply for yourself if you have some special talent like a scientist or something
-through some other means such as described in the link i have attached

First you would have to find someone to sponser you. There is more to it than sponsering you as well. You can't get a green card until you get here. Sometimes a big corporation will sponsor you and take care of your green card.
