They should NOT do it in open public, That will be indecent exposure, But as the bible says, Marriage is honable & the Bed undefiled.

Do you mean should or shouldn't? They shouldn't because this is a very private sacred part of the relationship that is only between the husband and wife. Can you walk around naked? Your body is what Allah gave you; yet, for decency you cover it.

why would you want to do it in an open place. it between you and her, not for the whole world to see. that just disrespect on behalf or you and your wife, not to mention the people who will be exposed to it!

Well, breast feeding is done in public, but this is not really the same thing. Maybe if done quietly under a blanket it would be ok.
