What do I do. And if it comes to breaking up, how do I do it and put it?

After a year, you know.

You tell her, "I reallly like you, but I don't think you're the right one for me. I'm sorry, but I want you to find someone who is right for you."

If you have realised you no longer want to be with her and you are sure that you want to move on then you have to break up with her as soon as possible. Why stay in a relationship which is not going anywhere?
If you are not sure....why not suggest a trial separation? tell her that you are confused at the moment and need some space to sorts things out in your head. Don't suggest seeing other people at this stage......just see how it goes without her being so involved in your life.
This doesn't finalise the situation.....it gives you the space you need to be sure that the decision you are making is the right one.
Good Luck with your decision!

If you do not think that your current girlfriend is the right one for you, then you should actually sit down and analyze your relationship with her and see if maybe you are jumping to conclusions and maybe you just need to stick it out a lil while and then if you still feel the same way. You should break up with her. If you do decide to break up with her, then contact me and I can help you out with that as well. Good Luck

if you have any doubt about the relationship then end it... its cruel to keep things going for any longer. if you want to break up with her then i suggest going to her house and doing it face to face. keep it short and tell her how you feel, but dont be spiteful... dont take her round your house because she might beg and cry and you may have trouble getting rid of her... and whatever you do, do not dump her by text, phone call or email because if you do, it would make u a complete sod
hope it goes well

i think your best bet is to be as honest as possible, without sounding too harsh. you obviously like the girl, or else you would not have satyed with her so long, but you could try and explain that you just dont feel as strongly for her as you think you should. in the end, its up to yourself

Be honest and upfront with her. Do it quickly and respectively. Look her in the eyes and tell her how you feel. Take a deep breathe and see her reaction. If she doesn't fight (with words) then she didn't love you either.

Just be honest and straight forward with her. She might get upset but honesty is the best policy

When in doubt... don't. If you have doubts, move on. If it was meant to be, you'll know it and you will go back happy. staying the way you are is not good for either of you.
