Go to the doctor. Adult ear infections can be worse than a childs and can lead to defness if left unchecked so get to a doctor and quick. Go to the E.R. if nothing else.

Hi!
Sorry you are hurting.
You may have an ear infection...do you have a fever? Or is your ear warm to the touch?
If it's a wax build up...if you have some hydrogen peroxide in the house, put a few drops down the ear canal...you might hear fuzzing or bubbling... don't leave it long and turn your head to get it out, having a kleenex to catch it and maybe some wax. Do that a time or two.
If you still feel the blockage put warm water in your ear, warm enough to melt the wax. Do not use a q-tip... it will push whatever is in there closer to your ear drum. You do not want a ruptured ear drum.
Take something for your headache.
If your ear hasn't opened up... put a warm cloth on it.
Of course see a doctor, somewhere today, if ear wax wasn't the problem.
Since the pain is so bad, I do not recommend trying to blow it out by holding your nose closed and keeping your mouth closed and "blowing" into your mouth, which will send that air to both of your ears. But if you try it, do it gently...do not blow hard, again, protect the ear drum.
I hope this helped and I hope you feel better soon! :)

If you also have a temperature, this may be an infection that will require an antibiotic. Until you can see a doctor, you might try an over the counter pain reliever and protect your ear from cool air. My grandma always put "Vicks" salve behind my ears when I had an earache...sometimes it helps relieve the congestion.
Hope you feel better soon.
Peace be with you!

i had the same problem . your ear probably needs to get flushed out immediatly. Go to a walk in clinic and ask about it or if you have like a syringe laying around the house(i do only because i have to give my baby medicine and i have to give it through a syringe) put some hot water in a sink and fill up the syringe with water and blast it in your ear and keep doing this and earwax should come out. i ve had this exact problem and this works for me. good luck

Maybe some insect of some grub went in your ear.....^_^
Trust me...I'm experienced.
okay, first.......CHECK!
Hold a torch out side your hurting ear for about 10 mins....^_^
If still not working, light some insect repelling coil outside your ear and try to let the smoke go in your ears.
If nothing comes out or squiggles out..........AAHHH!!!
RUN TO THE DOC!!!..^_^
