Um...I know what you mean with all the bad crap thats been happening in the world. My grandpa is a baptist pastor, and I consider myself a baptist but claim no exceptional spirituality...however if you ask Grandpa Bill this question he will tell you it is because God gives all Humans free choice, he knows what choices we will make but lets us make them whether they are good for us or not. However if this is something personal applying to you My Grandpa and Mother would tell you that somewhere in the Bible not sure where, there is a chapter in which God promises several times that if you are faithful he will not burden you with more than you could suffer, I had to memorize it when I was little for sunday school but dont really remember it anymore

GOD has always been there before the universe existed till the time it will dissolve into the cosmic energy(quoted from bhagvad gita) and human beings worship him in different ways and means all it matters is the way you persive him .You can worship him in the form of a personal god in the form of jesus or krishna or allah,otherwise you can worship him as the paramatman or the supreme soul and every being on this universe including nature has a part of the mighty energy called as atman so from now on i would advice you to refer some online texts and know more about him

God Himself is in Heaven, but the grace of God is within all people who believe. In a sense He has no boundaries, and is fully aware of all things and is always involved in His creation. It is a battle for good and evil all the time on this earth and He is never shut off to any of it. God is not taking a break!
