I know what night terrors are.I had afew myself for awhile in my past.I just dont how to help her.

Have her pray the 23rd psalm before going to sleep. Bless some olive oil, put a drop on her pillow, over the headboard on the wall and over the threshold of the bedroom door. Demons are trying to torment her. Plead the blood of Jesus over her. Play gospel music in the bedroom just loud enough to hear.

Get her to write her thoughts in a journal as soon as she wakes up.Pray Psalm 23.

have her journal her dreams, and also the things that are worrying her. Also, could try falling asleep to those instrumental meditational cd's. They sell lots at Target.

Purchase her a dream book, find out what her dreams are about.
Once she figures out why she dreams what she dreams, the night terrors should stop.
