You won't need a keygen when you go buy the program from the store.

Limewire had the programs you can download for that. It will bench mark Microsoft keygens and there are others too. I have found that many of them "MAY" have viruses though, be careful.
It's not illegal use, I lost sold my computer with the label on it for xp home edition, the people who bought it wanted a clean install of 98 SE and I had to find the OEM numbers to install XP Home on my sons computer. I ended up calling Microsoft though and they gave me a new OEM for the XP Disk. It is not necessarily an illegal act when you need one.
