I don't understand your question. Do you mean that they acknowledge and respect your gender? Or do you mean they are getting too close, too aware of your sexuality?
The word "love" is used in so many places that it's hard to know how you mean this. Some would say that a teacher loves her students, because she cares about them and wants them to do well, and because she is acting in loco parentis [in the place of your parents], and must care the way your parents care. Others would say that love is for grown-ups, and if a teacher loves her student, she is getting too close and it is inappropriate.
And there are teachers who do get too close to their students. Usually it is male teachers and female students, sometimes female teachers and male students (there was a famous one who went to jail for "molesting" a teenage boy who was in love with her), and occasionally same-sex teachers and students, as well. You will know if that is the case by the simple fact that no teacher should be touching you at all, except perhaps a hand on your shoulder or a pat on your back occasionally. (In California, everyone hugs, but they're not supposed to make a big, slow hug out of it.) No teacher should be caressing you. That is too close.

If you get candy with your graded papers, that's usually a good sign.
