okay, I've installed it, restarted and it still didn't work. then I reinstalled it to "repair" it. and it still hasn't worked. When I go to BBC.com and try to do something it says that I need flash player and then at the bottom it says that there is still one image (the main thing that I need to work with) downloading, but it never comes! is it because I have an american computer and have an american connection? is that even possible to have problems because of that? my dad's computer is american and works just fine on BBC. Please help! Thanks!

In that case I usually go into Control Panel and completely remove the program through add/remove programs. Then I completely reload it and it usually works out okay. Good luck!
