I have a serious question about the antichrist?

I think he is alive today and will soon appear do we have any REAL idea of who it is? Or how we could stop this antichrist, serious inquiries only please.

The antichrist is alive today, and waiting behind the scence. The lawless one cannot be revieled until we are taken out of the way. We will be raptured first, so I think it will be impossible for you to stop him. He will be shot remember then comes back to life, and the world we be so decieved it is not funny. Satan mocks Jesus by brining the antichrist back from the dead, which Jesus will destroy at his coming. Why try to destroy him when Jesus can do a lot better job at that then you. Remember Jesus casts him into the lake of fire along with his false prophet alive, and that is vengance. Jesus will destroy him at his coming, do not worry. He will pay, and so will the other people who get the chip in their hands or forehead, and with all the other non believers, they will have their day. There are many antichrists but the main antichrist is expected to be revealed soon since his movement is already on earth, resurrected as it were in the form of the different leaderless New Age movements (some actually awaiting the light-bearer or Lucifer, not calling him Satan however). Before Christ's second coming the Church must pass through a final trial that will shake the faith of many believers. The persecution that accompanies her pilgrimage on earth will unveil the "mystery of iniquity" in the form of a religious deception offering men an apparent solution to their problems at the price of apostasy from the truth. The supreme religious deception is that of the Antichrist, a pseudo-messianism by which man glorifies himself in place of God and of his Messiah come in the flesh. (the iniquity in the garden revisited at the end of time) Humanism(now a religion ! with its own religious holidays), New Age are candidates. The lesser antichrists - atheism, Islamic radicalism are attacking from without and the New Age from within, showing a well thought out strategy.
As you can see the infiltration of New Age through moral relativism seems humanly unstoppable at present but God will deal with the wannabe gods or "ascended masters". For the New Age antichrist, the semitic religions must first be banned and Islam is lighting the way to that by smearing all of us Christians and Jews included. Some war-mongering evangelists aren't helping either.

You don't stop the Antichrist, Christ stops the antichrist, and with that whole gig the end of the world is supposed to come, and the beginning of Christ's thousand year reign on earth. If the whole plan is already set out for you, why would you want to go and try to stop it - it doesn't seem like God would be especially happy about you trying to interfere with his plans.

There is a whole series of books about this happening, Left Behind, so you could read those and treat it as a plan for action.

Well I dont really have any idea who it is but i think it my have something to do with the catheloc or however its spelled beacuase you're not supposed to call anyone but god father. We can't stop the anti christ but heres a warning. He will pretend to this great figure and pretend to help people and say bible verses all the time and then last of all he will pull everyone into a super nation or into 1 nation and it will be chaos. If you have accepted god you will go to heaven before the chaos/the end, happens. If not you will stay and go through hell. The devil and the demons will try to give you a mark ( The mark of the beast ) but if you refuse you will be beheaded. Thats pretty much all I know about the anti christ. If you want to know more read revalations in the bible. It's really interesting.

There have been many who others have claimed to be the anti-christ. Hitler, Idi Amin, Stalin, Sadam Hussein, my mother-in-law - all have proved to be quite mortal and just evil people.
I think the anti-christ, if he exists - which I doubt - will appear nice, trustworthy and will do good deeds, until the end, when all his plans will be revealed. But it will be too late for mankind, the Earth will be split asunder, fire will rain down from the sky, the sea will rise and swallow large cities, and only the Apocalypse and Judgement day will save us. Christ will return to Earth just in time.

That's how it would be, if I believed in the anti-christ.

I MAY be wrong, but I believe it says in the book of Luke--if not Luke, then Mark, that the antichrist will fool people into believing he is basically God. If that's the case, I honestly don't believe he's alive today. I do believe you can't stop the antichrist because God already has His plan. It's inevitable
