Sex Bat is Sexual battery. That covers a slew of things, but basically is touching, rubbing, or groping someone in a sexual way without their consent. Wpn or Force means that either there was a threat of bodily harm to coerce cooperation or a weapon was brandished during the offense.

it basically means things were changed from one thing to another from the original sentence lessened (or) charges you can be sure something came up as barter between the prosecution and the defense so it should really mean you do not know the details of court, to the viewer.NOR does it mean it was handled well The D A looks for points (Blakeley scores) and the defense tries to eliminate points. Ability and effort makes the difference for the accused as well as the Judge in that area, hard,fair,leanient, also a community's rep along with public defense or private willingness to defend some good some ? and this is a hot topic I would guess the prosecution went for as many points and charges as possible
