Your facts are in error. No nation has ever committed war crimes and no nation has ever been tried for war crimes. Nazi Germany did not commit any crimes. The leadership, the soldiers and so forth did do this. The United States has never been proved to have tortured anyone in the current conflict. Others simply wish to decide for themselves what they think torture means. Many of us serving today and posting right now on YA have been water boarded and we don't consider it torture. You have probably been made to sit or stand in a corner in school and some today consider that torture. Do you? It is all your viewpoint. If you hate America then the smallest perceived transgression is a war crime. The thing you overlooked when Saddam did it is considered the worst event if you even think America or an American Soldier may have done it. Had you done any research whatsoever you had to have found that America is not a member of the ICC. We believe in maintaining our sovereign rights. When an American soldier violates the GC or any other governing document of war such as the Hague conventions, we punish them. You say to look at the war crimes committed against the Iraqi people. Can you point one of these out? Any incident you can find will go back to a soldier not properly supervised such as Abu Graib and you will find that soldier was punished for it and did it without the knowledge of his superiors.

I think that Crimes Against Humanity is a concept with a little more recent birth than Mohammed.

It's also a mockery of title to call God 'Saviour' when the Bible orders the death of those who don't believe in him. But then, isn't religion just a load of bullocks?
