can anybody tell me what it is? I have tried everything so far and nothing compares to it

topsecretrecipes.com has a pre-made spice mixture that you can purchase. Just sprinkle it on and grill. It tastes just like outback.

The following has been circulating around the Internet..
For the tast of 'Outback Steaks':
`1 envelope Taco seasonings, 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing, 1 tbls. olive oil, 1 12 oz. can Coca Cola.
Combine the seasoning mixes. Place steak in deep dish and pierce all sides with fork, rub with olive oil and coat with the seasoning mixes. Pour Coca Cola around steak and cover with plastic wrap, refrigerate for 24 hours. Grill, baste with marinade.
