Kim Jong Il is a lot harder.
Think about it. He has nukes. China is his ally, also armed with state of the art stuff, and the largest army in the world. Would China sit idley by, while America invaded North Korea.
That's what the US thought in 1950, and were they ever wrong. The Chinese chased the American army across the border, and it was the longest retreat of the US army in its history. Back then, only the USA had nukes. Try it this time, and it will be the end of the world economy as we know it.

The last thing America needs is another unwinnable war.
They already tried in Korea and got a very bloody nose, plus they aint gonna take on the Chinese.
It will be a long time I think before any American President goes off to War again.

Their ideology, Juche, potential that they are able to't go out the country. they are able to't even get stuff from exterior North Korea! each and every morning they "pray" to their first chief, Kim Il-Sung. they're bombed with propaganda. they can not get out, atleast it somewhat is totally annoying and that they threat getting performed for being "traitors". somewhat all they comprehend is what they have. they provide the impact of being at their chief as "God", he gave them each and every difficulty. for many of them something of the worldwide may well be a flaming inferno for all they comprehend. He wouldn't dare attack North Korea, the US has already tried that and failed, just as it has failed in Viet Nam , Afghanistan and Iraq. He might try to invade another Muslim country like Syria or Iran. I think Syria will be next because Israel will want them invaded
