maybe. who knows. people sued mcdonalds cause it made them fat. you can sue for anything.

firstly why would you want to sue? Is it just so you can get some extra cash in your pocket?

You should have been responsible enough to take your dog to the vet and get it sterilized.

No, you can maybe call animal control and ask them to deal with wich they will with a warning unless it happens again and again. And then they may take action. With animals its your responsibility to keep your yard sealed off.
