I think the only person who's supposed to do that is the 'Anti-Christ' and.. honestly, if Saddam Hussein is the Anti-Christ god was way overreacting.
He killed, what a few hundred people? Maybe a thousand?
Hitler killed Six million Jews. Stalin killed 10 million of his own people.
If Saddam Hussien is the best Satan can do, the world has nothing to fear from that guy.
