It all depends on whether you want to get smarter in life or not.

A smart woman will add to your success and happiness in life as you would to hers. While a dumb one will make ensure that you continue stay at the level where you are right now – be it dumb or smart.

Either way it is always smart to make friends with someone who can inspire you. And if that can be your wife then nothing like it, as then even when you are in your darkest of moods she would be there to inspire you and push you towards your light.

Most great men who have led inspiring lives have had equally inspiring wives behind them, as you are only as wise as the woman you find for yourself to marry.

So pick your wife wisely, any one can tell a lot about you, just by looking at your wife.

By the way, this doesn't mean that you end up marrying a beauty queen. I suggest you look for someone who can offer you some form of challenge so that you push yourself to evolve spiritually and emotional to become a better human being, as that is what true love is all about.

Otherwise it all remains as a game of power and control and you keep pleasing other’s for the sake of having a company for yourself.

No one is either perfect or dumber. Never underestimate someones skills. Smarter gf helps u in decision making but it gets hard when want to have fun with such. Dumber ones, on other hand enjoys the time but lacks certain skills for that easy way isto look for other resources. Dumbers somehow is better cz she has confidence in you to take decisions thats what guyz want or dont you.

I think it's better to be of equal intelligence to your partner, so that you are on the same wavelength and can have a stimulating conversation without one of you leading the conversation whilst the other just sits there nodding, with no clue of what the other is on about. People need to be compatible for a relationship to work. HTH : )

If she has to keep correcting you, I'd say you need a babysitter, not a GF. But, to be honest, there's no easy answer...if they're too dumb, it's like sleeping with a smart dog and if they are too well-educated, they tend to be a little too 'superior' as well. I'd say, try and find somebody(and here's the catch!) that's easy to get along with, that isn't too hard on the eyes and that can stand your petty foibles(and you, hers). When you find that perfect combination, let me know where you shopped; I want one too!

It's better to be about on the same wavelength. I can understand not wanting to be corrected all the time, but wouldn't you enjoy a challenging conversationalist? I know I do.

If you two really care for each other, it doesn't matter who is better than the other. The two of you work together as a team. Don't you think so?

It's better to have a g/f or b/f that complements you. One who's strengths compensate for your weaknesses. It really doesn't, and shouldn't come down to who is smarter.

It depends on how smart you are. If you are a moron, then you might want someone smarter, if your a genius, if might be hard finding someone smarter than you. Just stay away from blondes, all blondes are retarded. LOL

Well of course smarter. She can help you out with all those math problems, and you don't have to fight about it when she calls you dumb.
