I like to come to this forum for mature and honestly intellectual and mature debates. Unfortunately this forum has massive amounts of trolling, spam, illogical, infactual, and hostile responses and posts.
Is there anything we can do to hopefully open this forum to mature discussion w/o the feeble-minded and trolls?

I think we just need to keep up the reporting. I have been keeping a communication with Yahoo Answer administrators about this issue and they have assured me there are new measures in place.
Pretty much just keep on reporting and leaving details and it should definately leave a dent in the trolling.

Actually, I have seen a lot more intelligent people on this site than some of the other forums. Topix is one of the worse. Atleast here you can report someone quickly. If we all stick together and report the ones out of line maybe this will be the best! Some people just like to get a rise out of others and it's all because they have no life. I think it's great if we can work as a team and be friends to help each other out during difficult times.

My recent stab at posing a question met with responses which I tried to eliminate at the outset. In my question I asked people to not respond unless they could fully substantiate their responses. To an answerer, none gave an answer which would have been considered appropriate and certainly none supplied anything in the way of what would be considered definitive documentation.
