Thats a good question. They look pretty young but they talk such grown up talk.....
Zoey and her friends might be around 13/14 but zoey has a little brother on the show who appears to only be around 9 or 10.
I'm wondering if your asking this becuase of the events and drama that take place in their young lives??

Looks to me like Tween crowd, but they talk about middle school, don't they?
That would make them early teens.
