I've been to all three, and from what I saw, Malaysia and Thailand were somewhat similar. Singapore is essentially just a big city, and it was my least favorite of those three. I suppose I like Thailand the best although Malaysia is very nice too. While Thailand and Malaysia have a very rich history, I found Thailand's the most fascinating, and I found it to be a very safe country. If you're traveling alone or in a very small group, I'd recommend Thailand before the others. Although most people think that countries in that part of the world are undeveloped and filled with criminals, it's simply not true--especially in Thailand!

Why not visit all 3 places, they are close by enough...

You can spend about 3 days in each country and I think that should be sufficient.. To spend 10 days in any one country is going to be too long, especially in Singapore, cause it is so small...

Good luck.
