My Father has a "Classic" Corvette and it's worth a lot of money, but it cost an arm and a leg to get parts and get it repaired when something went wrong with it. A Corvette kept in good condition can be traded in for a large amont. A Mustang will not make as much a turn around. It all depends on what you like and how long you'll kepp it. I think Mustang look better than Corvettes for a woman though.

I drive a Mustang to work,But always have wanted A Corvette. Your useage will help you the most. But be warned but are Hard to get in and out of. Also cargo space is low with both cars. But there are so many good points to both cars.
Really you can be happy with both...07 Mustang (non GT) for every day and a 1967 Corvette 4-sp roadster for sunny play day!

I have driven pony cars for a few years now. My 1st was a '95 LT1 Z-28 and my second was a LS1 02' Formula. They both sit next to my 02' Electron Blue Corvette. I loved the camaro and it felt like a dog when I got the Formula. I drove the Formula for two years and it feels like sled compared to the Vette. I know your asking about a mustang but I can tell you about the Vette. It does everything the Formula does-but better in every way. It rides better, its faster, has better gas milage, its fun to fill it up with gas because people always look, people always stare at you. When you pull up anywhere, you are now the center of attention. Now the bad side- you drive on the highway - you are the center of attention and everyone wants to race ( I enjoy making them feel like they have made a wrong car purchase, and love to smile at them after I slow down and they catch up - especially BMW drivers). Do your homework on which one you want, I dont know if you wanted new or used. Stay away from the C4's. In 2001 the C5's got a host of nice upgrades and I think the Active Suspension comes standard that year. Let me tell you about the Active Suspension- Say your stomp on the gas and your *** swings out- the Active Suspension kicks in and bring you in line with the direction you were going before. Its just incredible. You slide in the rain - this thing catches you and straightenes you out. It turely is an act of god. That alone made it worth it. Yes the car costs more to repair and maintain but if you stay away from the dealer and learn to do somethings yourself and get with the many Corvette Clubs out there someone is always willing to help you. The Onboard Computer is fantastic too - it tells you every temp of everything and even the air pressure in all 4 tires but if you have a problem the computer will tell you what is wrong ( through codes of course).I bought my Formula becaue I thought I couldn't afford the Corvette - and then continued to want one afterwards - don't make the same mistake. Get one and enjoy.

Get A Mustang. Insurance and up keep(maintanence) and repairs will be cheaper. Corvettes are over rated. Corvettes are a Rich person's TOY. They are a high maintenance Car. If you have a lot of money to burn get a Vette. If you're a practical person, which you seem to be, get a Mustang.

Depends on what kind of mustang you get. A basic GT sounds unbelievable but to slow, 2003 SVT different story. Stylish, and a whopping 390 HP. That's allot of performance. Also Its a 4 seater which It good. Vette's are most likely faster but only have 2 seats which sucks, and If you have to work on the motor... GOOD LUCK. The motor Is under the allot of body panel. I would say a Metallic brown mustang with leather Interior. Leather seats and your good. So what If others beat you, Its a 4 seater classic that always has people staring at the light. Good luck.. 2007 Mustang GT. They are some hot cars. Most of the time, the corvette buying group is men over the age of 50, who have hairloss. I know that that is a very wide generalization, but it is just my observation. You'll be happy with either car. They both have different purposes.

CORVETTE!!!!!!!! god i hate questions like these- the mustang and corvette are in two completely different classes. one is a sports car, one is a washed up muscle car wannabe. the corvette is the epitomy of american performance car, in style speed class and quality. the mustang is a cheap terd designed to sell to young kids who want to be cool. the mustang used to be good until 1974 when they started getting cheap, and instead of having it be fast, they worried about making it sell. and it now sucks. the fact that they don't know what they are doing is VERY apparent with the arrival of the 4.6 liter V8 in the mustang in 1996. the appropriate question would be- mustang or camaro? as they are in the same class and have similar purposes. but even in that question, the answer is camaro. the camaro is and always has been better in every way. and the camaro sales have NEVER been dominated by fags.

Hot mama, check your pocket book first before buying? I believe a corvette is a bit higher, but you do get what you pay for. Personally Mustang, for the memories.
