Sure it was your liver? Might have been your kidney. Could be passing a stone. I would see a Dr. Nothing to take lightly if it is either.

How do you know it's liver pain? It's really hard to tell which organ your pain is coming from. It would be best if you got checked out by your primary care doctor just to make sure it's nothing serious.

What have you eaten? Anything that might give you acid or gas? Sometimes GI problems feel much more serious than they are.
Do get a check up every two years before 50 and every year afterwards. Maybe it's time to schedule one.
