I always do. More room and I have never had handicapped people make handicapped faces at me.
Thumbs up if you know what that was from.

Unless there's actually a handicap waiting to go, of course. For the record, though, I've never been in a bathroom waiting with a handicap for an empty stall.

I think it's fine if you are going to be very quick with your business. If you are paying a more extended visit, you should probably wait for a regular stall.
Those stalls are big and have railings for a reason, and just because there isn't someone in the restroom right then who needs it, that doesn't mean that they won't come in in the next five minutes. Make is snappy, and you should be fine.
Naturally, if there is someone who is disabled in the restroom, they should just go straight to the head of the line and get to use the accessible stall. It's there for them to use, and others can just wait in line.

If their is no one in the restroom in need of the handicap stall. I would see no reason to just stand there holding in your urine, until your bladder bursts. However, if their is someone their that meets the criteria of a handicapped individual, certainly their needs would take precedence over anyone else. God bless****

By all means use it. It's not as if you will be in there for hours. If a handicapped person comes in you'll be out soon. So what's the problem.

As long as noone that is handicapped is waiting, I don't see why not. Bathrooms are made to be used, not serve as museum pieces.

in this event id say, go for it. i use the handicapped stall when no ones around cuz...well its BIGGER. duh. anyways i dont see why not. no one else is using it, and if your in line, and a handicapped person is behind you, you go first right? and if there are no handicapped people there, then you just make the line go faster.
